Tino Martí, MSc (Spain)
Analysis and Strategy Officer, Cabinet of the Regional Minister of Health, Catalan Government
Tino Martí is a health economist and Analysis and Strategy Officer in the Cabinet of the Regional Minister of Health of the Catalan Government, where he runs the technical secretariat of the CAIROS expert committee for the healthcare system reform.
From 2019 to 2024 he was eHealth Project Officer at the European Health Telematics Association (EHTEL), managing Horizon 2020 projects and coordinating the Digital Integrated Care Taskforce. As Technical Officer of the WHO European Region in Almaty he helped develop the WHO European Centre for Primary Health Care, and he has advised WHO on primary care, quality of care and health system planning across Europe and Central Asia. He holds an MSc in Health Economics and Health Care Management from the Universitat de Barcelona and Universitat Pompeu Fabra.
