Communicating complex nursing content in a comprehensible way
The nursing system in Germany is currently undergoing rapid changes. The current transformations are also placing new demands on practical nursing training. In order to meet the challenges of the future, teachers and practical instructors in nursing need the necessary tools to convey complex nursing science content in a comprehensible way.
In this 24-hour advanced training course, practical instructors and teachers in the health care sector learn how to guide nursing trainees and students in applying scientific nursing knowledge in practice.
The training is recognized by the Association of Nurses in Bavaria (VdPB) as a 24-hour mandatory training for practice guidance.
Course details
The new Nursing Profession Act and development in nursing science are opening up new avenues in nursing. Nursing diagnostics is one of the most important building blocks for advancing the nursing process on a scientific basis. How can a scientifically based nursing process be implemented? How can nursing trainees be guided by practical instructors with nursing diagnostics? How can nursing diagnostics be taught in classes at vocational schools? How can the practice demonstrate nursing quality through nursing diagnostics? This training aims to answer these questions in a competence-oriented manner using concrete cases and to provide ideas for more complex questions.

Description:
You will acquire skills in the application of nursing diagnostics. You will learn to use knowledge from nursing sources in a differentiated manner for nursing diagnostics. You will learn to differentiate clinical phenomena according to causes, symptoms and other characteristics. With the method of the nursing diagnostic discussion, you will receive the basis for a joint determination of the nursing goals.

On this day, you will receive the necessary tools to convey complex contents in a comprehensible way. After completing this day, you will be in a position to teach trainees and students about nursing diagnostics in the event of a need for nursing care and to train them to integrate nursing diagnostics into nursing practice and to apply interventions in a targeted manner. Thus, this day wants to provide basics and examples of application and offer space for reflection on their own nursing practice.
