Intercultural Competence as a key qualification for the future: Learn how to navigate in a globalised world
The Deggendorf Institute of Technology (DIT) certificate for “Intercultural Competence” offers students, DIT employees and others with university entrance qualifications, the opportunity to gain skills in intercultural competence. This certificate will allow participants to reflect on and apply their intercultural skills in practice and from different perspectives. In today‘s increasingly diverse and globalised world, success is only guaranteed if you recognise and skillfully master the hurdles of intercultural encounters.
This certificate will give you all of the skills needed to be able to do that.
By increasing your overall intercultural competence, you are effectively integrating future skills that will help you to navigate an ever more complex and international working environment.
This certificate allows you to learn these skills and apply them to various contexts that can arise in a globalised world, while teaching you more about how your personal values and behavior influence intercultural interactions.
